Room was clean

Room was too much small.the entrance was very smelling very bad.they were having a kitchen serving the guest at the entrance and the smell from the kitchen was very bad.fair girl serving breakfast was very arrogant.breakfast was included in our stay but she was way weird in giving breakfast as if we did a crime taking the breakfast.awful experience by the girl serving the breakfast very very bad girl

We requested an invoice at the receptioncounter but the staff didn't know how to create it. She could only produce a payment receipt for the warranty. She gave us an email address and nobody responds to it. Very unprofessional service.

Tired hotel needs extensive refurb. Young staff and it shows lack of professional attention. Helpful staff but it needs overhaul top to toe. Expected more but ok to fair value for money location good

Bathroom

only benefit is location, and minimal amounts of bugs. This is a do NOT stay hotel, read comments below.

One of the WORSE hotel. You have been warned !!! Moved to 3 different rooms. 1. first room: no TV, no Safety Box. Repack luggage and moved to second room. 2. second room: no TV, unbearable noise, extreme & unbearable tobacco odor. Repack luggage and moved to third room. ***all Front Desk Morning Staff had to do was ask: "Smoking or Non-smoking room?" 3. third room: No TV, took 2 days for staff to find TV; and this TV had damaged screen. AC constant HIGH Setting/Freezing, can not change setting. AC blowing ice in room, yes...ice particles! AC leaking water into second bed. Water Drip Drip Drip...ha ha try to sleep. AC repairman said cannot repair AC. Battery in Electronic Safety Box "low," took staff 2 days to replace battery. Staff said: "no money to buy battery? Not supplied daily 2 bottled-water. Staff said "sorry, run out water." Water Leak in bathroom, always standing water on floor. Window can not close, hear all loud noise from busy Second Road traffic. Every room in entire hotel hears noise from Second Road. Everyday BAD surprise: dont know if resupplied soap, water, clean towel, TV working, AC working. 4. One Front Desk Night Staff makes inappropriate comment/ jokes. 5. Hotel Staff and Owner don't know or care anything about Customer Service. Staff offered move to 4th Room. Are you kidding? First 3 rooms already have so numerous problems. Change to 4th room will guarantee other problems! I hear in hallways other guess complaining about other problems. OLD Hotel. Don't let internet photos or front lobby fool you.

The location and the cleanliness

ADVANCE DEPOSIT SYSTEM. The hotel don't have restaurant. I paid full room rent through Booking.com in advance. Still they forced me to Deposit TB 1000 (USD 31) during Check-In which they did't refund while I checked out. I also forget to take in a hurry. Their all Phone No is False, not working. Email either returning or no reply since last 7 days. They must refund me the amount by any means.

bed very uncomfortable,air con filters were filthy and so i took out and cleaned straight away,they are in kitchen upgrade i think so was dusty/untidy in restaurant and sometimes noisy/untidy. Advice to owner:Rooms need upgrade and also generally now as looking a bit tired/dirty.......shower was in the bath but no shower curtain and have to hold shower head all the time so a bit awkward to shower good. Wifi never worked properly or at all through out whole time,even in reception didnt work,very annoying!
